From Samhain to Imbolc

I am inviting you to join me on a 14-week contemplative journey designed as a guide for walking through the liminal season between Samhain (the Celtic New Year and festival of the dead) and Imbolc (the festival of early spring and sacred renewal).
This time is traditionally associated with descent, stillness, ancestral connection, inner reflection, and finally, the slow return of the light. I’ve developed a simple practice to align with the deep rhythms of the earth as nature goes quiet, rest into the mystery of the dark, and listen for the whispers of what is ending, gestating, and beginning within us.
Each week I will send you:
• A contemplative prompt to help you explore your inner landscape.
• A mantra and meditation to anchor your awareness and deepen your connection to the seasonal energy.
• And of course, a tarot reading for insight.
This journey honors the sacred pause in the fertile darkness before rebirth, and the exercises are intended to create a space for tending to our souls, quiet transformation, and for remembering that even in deep darkness, something beautiful and sacred grows.
The journey begins Saturday, November 1st. You will receive weekly contemplative prompts, mantras, and simple meditations via email every Saturday through January 31st. If you've received this newsletter, you're all set and need not do anything further.
If you’re interested in participating in periodic virtual gatherings, please let me know and I will schedule if there’s enough interest. This is a free offering to my friends and community. Fair warning, you will also receive any other nonsense I might feel compelled to share. Tell your friends.
